Welcome to KhaliSeat – a ride-sharing facilitation platform designed to help intercity travelers in Pakistan share empty seats and reduce fuel costs. By using our mobile application or website (“Platform”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
KhaliSeat acts solely as a digital intermediary connecting drivers offering empty seats with passengers seeking to travel. We do not provide transportation services, nor do we employ drivers or certify passengers. The agreement for travel is strictly between the driver and the passenger.
By using KhaliSeat, you acknowledge that:
All travel arrangements are made at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for verifying the identity, conduct, and intentions of other users (drivers or passengers).
KhaliSeat does not perform background checks, criminal record verifications, or vehicle safety inspections.
Any form of misconduct, dispute, theft, harassment, assault, accident, or injury resulting from a ride arranged through the platform is not the responsibility of KhaliSeat, its owners, employees, or affiliates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KhaliSeat shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Accidents or injuries during travel.
Robbery, physical altercations, or harassment.
Misrepresentation by users (e.g., false identity, fake reviews, misleading trip postings).
Mechanical failures or unsafe driving behavior.
Any other conduct, negligence, or criminal activity of drivers or passengers.
All users are strongly encouraged to:
Verify each other’s CNIC or identification before travel.
Share trip details with family or friends.
Meet in safe, public locations for pick-up and drop-off.
Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or valuables.
Users of the KhaliSeat platform agree:
To provide accurate, honest information in their profile and ride listings.
Not to engage in any unlawful or harmful behavior.
To report suspicious or inappropriate conduct via our in-app reporting mechanism or support email.
That they are solely responsible for the consequences of the rides they offer or accept.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KhaliSeat, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, legal actions, losses, or damages arising out of:
Your interactions with other users.
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Any incident that occurs before, during, or after a trip arranged via the KhaliSeat platform.
KhaliSeat does not guarantee that a suitable ride or passenger will be available for every user, nor does it guarantee punctuality, quality of vehicles, or behavior of participants.
KhaliSeat reserves the right to suspend, ban, or permanently delete the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms, or who poses a threat to others' safety, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
KhaliSeat is a technology platform only. It does not and cannot control the conduct of drivers or passengers. Your use of the service signifies that you fully understand and accept these terms, and that you release KhaliSeat from all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

تفصیلی اُردو شرائط و ضوابط
ذیل میں "خالی سیٹ" ایپ کے لیے تفصیلی اُردو شرائط و ضوابط دی گئی ہیں، جن میں مسافروں اور ڈرائیوروں کے درمیان کسی بھی قسم کے سیکیورٹی یا حفاظت سے متعلق واقعات کی صورت میں خالی سیٹ کی ذمہ داری سے مکمل بریت شامل ہے۔

خوش آمدید! خالی سیٹ ایک ڈیجیٹل پلیٹ فارم ہے جو پاکستان میں بین الاضلاعی (انٹر سٹی) سفر کرنے والے افراد کو سفر میں دستیاب خالی نشستیں شیئر کرنے کی سہولت فراہم کرتا ہے تاکہ ایندھن کے اخراجات کم کیے جا سکیں۔ ایپ یا ویب سائٹ (“پلیٹ فارم”) استعمال کرتے ہوئے، آپ ان شرائط و ضوابط سے مکمل اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔
خالی سیٹ محض ایک ڈیجیٹل رابطہ کار ہے جو مسافروں اور ڈرائیوروں کو آپس میں جوڑتا ہے۔ خالی سیٹ خود کوئی ٹرانسپورٹ سروس فراہم نہیں کرتا، نہ ہی ڈرائیورز کو ملازم رکھتا ہے اور نہ ہی مسافروں کی تصدیق کرتا ہے۔ ڈرائیور اور مسافر کے درمیان تمام معاہدے اور سفر ان کی ذاتی ذمہ داری پر ہوتے ہیں۔
خالی سیٹ استعمال کرتے ہوئے، آپ تسلیم کرتے ہیں کہ:
تمام سفر آپ کی ذاتی صوابدید اور خطرے پر ہوتا ہے۔
دوسرے صارفین (ڈرائیورز یا مسافروں) کی شناخت، نیت اور رویے کی تصدیق آپ کی اپنی ذمہ داری ہے۔
خالی سیٹ کسی قسم کی مجرمانہ جانچ پڑتال، پولیس ریکارڈ کی جانچ یا گاڑیوں کی تکنیکی معائنہ نہیں کرتا۔
اگر کسی سفر کے دوران کوئی چوری، جھگڑا، ہراسانی، حادثہ، یا کسی بھی قسم کا نقصان یا زخم ہوتا ہے تو خالی سیٹ، اس کے مالکان، ملازمین یا شراکت دار اس کے کسی بھی طور پر ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے۔
قانون کے دائرے میں رہتے ہوئے، خالی سیٹ کسی بھی نقصان یا حادثے کی صورت میں کسی بھی قسم کی قانونی یا مالی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کرتا، جیسے کہ:
سفر کے دوران حادثات یا جسمانی نقصان؛
چوری، بدتمیزی، ہراسانی یا حملہ؛
جعلی شناخت، غلط معلومات یا جھوٹے اشتہارات؛
گاڑی کی خرابی یا غیر محفوظ ڈرائیونگ؛
کوئی بھی ایسا رویہ جو نقصان، جرم یا غیر اخلاقی حرکت پر مبنی ہو۔
صارفین کو سختی سے مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ:
ایک دوسرے کی شناخت (شناختی کارڈ یا CNIC) کی تصدیق کریں؛
سفر کی معلومات دوستوں یا خاندان کے ساتھ شیئر کریں؛
صرف عوامی اور محفوظ مقامات سے پک اینڈ ڈراپ کا بندوبست کریں؛
قیمتی سامان یا بڑی رقم ساتھ لے جانے سے گریز کریں۔
خالی سیٹ استعمال کرنے والے تمام صارفین اس بات سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں کہ وہ:
اپنی پروفائل اور سفر سے متعلق معلومات درست اور دیانتداری سے فراہم کریں گے؛
کسی بھی غیر قانونی یا نقصان دہ سرگرمی میں ملوث نہیں ہوں گے؛
کسی بھی مشکوک یا نامناسب رویے کی اطلاع فوری طور پر ایپ کے ذریعے یا سپورٹ ای میل کے ذریعے دیں گے؛
پیش کیے گئے یا قبول کیے گئے سفر کے تمام نتائج کے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
آپ اس بات سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں کہ خالی سیٹ، اس کے بانیان، ملازمین یا شراکت داروں کو کسی بھی قسم کے:
صارفین کے درمیان تنازع؛
شرائط کی خلاف ورزی؛
سفر کے دوران یا بعد میں پیش آنے والے کسی بھی حادثے یا واقعے؛
کی صورت میں قانونی چارہ جوئی یا مالی نقصان سے مکمل بری الذمہ تصور کیا جائے گا۔
خالی سیٹ کسی بھی صارف کو یہ گارنٹی نہیں دیتا کہ انہیں ہر وقت مطلوبہ مسافر یا سواری دستیاب ہو گی، نہ ہی وقت کی پابندی، گاڑیوں کے معیار یا دوسرے صارفین کے رویے کی ضمانت دی جاتی ہے۔
خالی سیٹ کو یہ اختیار حاصل ہے کہ وہ کسی بھی صارف کا اکاؤنٹ فوری طور پر معطل یا مستقل طور پر بند کر سکتا ہے، اگر وہ:
ان شرائط کی خلاف ورزی کرے؛
دوسرے صارفین کے لیے خطرہ بنے؛
کسی بھی قسم کی شکایت یا غیر اخلاقی حرکت کا مرتکب پایا جائے۔
یہ شرائط و ضوابط اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کے قوانین کے تابع ہیں۔
خالی سیٹ صرف ایک ٹیکنالوجی پلیٹ فارم ہے۔ یہ صارفین کے رویے یا فیصلوں پر کوئی کنٹرول نہیں رکھتا۔ ایپ کے استعمال کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آپ ان تمام شرائط کو مکمل طور پر سمجھتے ہیں اور ان سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں، اور کسی بھی واقعے کی صورت میں خالی سیٹ کو تمام ذمہ داریوں سے بری الذمہ تسلیم کرتے ہیں۔
